There will be a $5 fee charge if you are using check card/credit card. No fee will be charge if you're using cash.  

A CARD IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT
Your time and appointment is very important to us but due to an increase in no-shows and last minute reschedule, a credit card is required to reserve your appointment. All appointment confirmation are sent via text/email so we kindly ask you to honor your appointment, this is the reason why we book appointment so it can be reserved for you, we understand that things happen, plan changes and last minute show up or sometimes you simply just forgot. Please understand if you did missed your appointment or cancel/reschedule your appointment with not enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill in that spot for a client that's on our waiting list. A $25 cancellation/reschedule fee will be charged to the credit card on file for each appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours and or no show. Please also note that appointments scheduled on the day of are subject to this cancellation policy. Thank you.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive with no make up around the eyes or arrive 10 min prior to your appointment to remove any eye makeup, please no water proof or water resistant make up and no contacts, please bring contact case to put your contacts in. Keep in mind that if you have lost 50% or more of your lash extension it will be consider a full set and you'll be charge for a full set price. Sorry for the inconvenience.
